You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@cojjoc.co.uk. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. COJJOC offers a full refund and/or exchange (excluding shipping) providing the product(s) are returned within the 14-day period after shipping confirmation with packaging and labelling intact.
Please also be aware that COJJOC will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns be sent by recorded delivery.
If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. COJJOC is not responsible for any return custom charges made.
